L’équipe “Bioénergie et environnement” s’intéresse à la bio-activation de petites molécules par des métalloenzymes et des micro-organismes anaérobies. Les thématiques sont centrées autour de l’étude du métabolisme énergétique de microorganismes capables de métaboliser des gaz (CO, CO2, CH4, H2). Les microorganismes modèles seront les deux bactéries photosynthétiques Rhobobacter capsultatus et Rhodospirillum rubrum et l’archée méthanogène Methanococcus maripaludis.
