[Journal Club] Structure du site à fer dans la protéine d’échafaudage ISCU initiant l’assemblage des clusters fer-soufre
Des chercheurs du groupe Biologie Redox et Maladies de l’institut de Biologie Intégrative de la Cellule à Gif-Sur-Yvette, de l’Université de Kaiserslautern en Allemagne, de l’Institut de Chimie des Substances Naturelles à Gif-Sur-Yvette, du Synchrotron SOLEIL et du laboratoire de Bioénergétique et Ingénierie des Protéines à Marseille ont déterminé la structure du site de fixation du fer dans la protéine d’échafaudage des clusters fer-soufre en combinant des analyses par spectroscopies CD, Mössbauer, RMN, XAS et RPE.
