[Expired] PhD position on Biohybrid CO2 Valorization by Integrating Inorganic Photocatalysis with Bacterial Photosynthesis

A PhD position is available at the Laboratory of Photobiology, Photosynthesis and Photocatalysis (PPP) at CEA Saclay. The project seeks to combine inorganic photocatalysis for selective CO2 reduction into CO, utilizing CO as a carbon-based energy carrier for photosynthetic bacteria. These bacteria, in turn, generate biomass, fuel, and valuable molecules. The PhD work is expected to start in Oct-Dec 2024. The application deadline is September 30, 2024.
