[Webinar] [Updated] MOTEC 2021 — 12th Molybdenum and Tungsten Enzymes Conference
From September 27th to October 1st, 2021. https://premc.org/motec2021/
Dear Colleagues, Dear Friends,
It is our great pleasure to invite you to participate in the 12th Molybdenum and Tungsten Enzymes Conference, MoTEC21, which will be held as a virtual event from September 27th to October 1st, 2021 (03:00-07:00 PM CET). Please save the date!
The conference will cover all fronts of molybdenum and tungsten enzyme research including nitrogenases, from synthesis of the related cofactors, enzyme structure and function, health and disease to environmental aspects. Invited and selected talks, interactive poster sessions and many other innovations will give the opportunity to most participants to present their work at the Conference.
The 12th MoTEC was planned originally to be held in the French Riviera. However, in light of the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, it will convert to an online experience.
Today, we all master the use of virtual formats for scientific exchanges. The development of innovative digital tools allows to widen our modes of interactions and facilitates the scientific exchanges as for example the poster sessions or the serendipitous “hallway conversations” you might get in real life here facilitated with the Gather tool. We will try to keep what made the success of the previous MoTECs, excellent scientific presentations and discussions accompanied by poster sessions, all in a thrilling atmosphere.
We are therefore pleased to offer the MoTEC this year in a new, reimagined format to suit this extraordinary time of the COVID pandemic. It is a period when Science has provided solutions to a global problem, and also when researchers and educators but also young students may need extra support and encouragement from coming together as a community.
On behalf of the organizing committee, you are cordially invited to join us at the 12th Mo and W enzymes conference.
More informations will follow soon, like the web site, a preliminary program and the deadlines.
Expires on Friday October 1st, 2021
