L’équipe BIOSYS (Biophysique des Systèmes Complexes) de l’Institut des Sciences Analytiques (ISA) de Lyon rejoint le GIS

Our group, hosted by the Institut des Sciences Analytiques, focuses on the structural and dynamical characterization of intrinsically disordered and multi-domain proteins related to some important biological questions, namely, the bacterial silver resistance and schistosomiasis chronic parasitic disease. We are also developing fundamental approach aiming at combining biophysical methods with molecular dynamics simulations.  For this purpose, we use NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance), X-ray crystallography, Small angle X-ray and neutron scattering (SAXS, SANS), circular dichroism and High Performance computing.
