The 10th international copper meeting will be held in Sorrento, Naples, Italy from September 25th to 30th, 2016
Dear Colleagues,
The 10th International Copper Meeting will be held September 25-30, 2016 in Sorrento, Italy, and conference registration, abstract submission and room reservations are all now open online (http://copper2016.tigem.it/).
The meeting will feature ten platform sessions covering different topics, two general poster sessions, and a gala Banquet at which the David Danks, Arturo Leone, and Ivano Bertini awards will be presented. We urge you to submit your most compelling current research as abstracts for consideration. Approximately 45% of all speaking slots remain open and will be filled with individuals identified by the Scientific Planning Committee, based on the scientific merit reflected in the abstracts. First authors whose work is selected for oral presentation will be offered a small stipend as reimbursement, to help defray travel and registration costs. A nomination form for the three copper research awards is also available at the website, and we encourage you to nominate worthy colleagues to be considered by the Awards Committee.
Finally, we urge you to consider early registration and early Hotel Vesuvio reservation, in order to secure the most scenic rooms. Booking a room requires credit card information, but payments will only be processed at the conclusion of the meeting if you select the lowermost credit card option to guarantee your reservation.
