[Job] Postdoc opportunity in Byrne Research Group in UCD (Dublin, Ireland)

We are seeking a hard-working and problem-solving synthetic chemist for a 12-month Postdoctoral Research post to join the ‘Link4Lectin’ project team (2 PhD students and myself, Joseph Byrne) to push forward research into a platform for discovery of antimicrobial metallodrugs. The project will build on supramolecular scaffolds to design metal complexes which target bacterial carbohydrate-binding proteins. Experience in bioinorganic chemistry is particularly welcome.
