The project aims to understand how redox enzymes interact with conducting/semi-conductor surfaces to result in better ‘wiring’ and communication and we wish to use a range of biophysical techniques to understand the protein-surface interface and ultimately integrate this with protein-film photoelectrochemistry.

Applicants should have (or be about to obtain) a PhD in Biophysics, Biochemistry or a closely related discipline (e.g. Physics or Chemistry).
