The 2026 meeting will bring together leading scientists, clinicians, and trainees to explore the latest breakthroughs in iron metabolism, immunology, and immunometabolism, alongside cutting-edge research in clinical, translational, and basic science. The European Iron Club, founded over 50 years ago, fosters collaboration among biomedical scientists and clinicians working on iron biology. Our meetings provide a relaxed, open environment that encourages scientific exchange, supports young investigators, and builds lasting collaborations. This year’s meeting coincides with Bloomsday week, when Dublin comes alive with literary celebrations, cultural events, and vibrant summer energy—making it the perfect backdrop for scientific exchange and networking!
