European group of thermodynamics of metal complexes
In the frame of the activities of The European Group of Thermodynamics of Metal Complexes, we decided in the last ISMEC meeting to organize a summer school on bioinorganic chemistry for 25-30 PhD students and young researchers.
The school will be held in Cagliari (Italy) from 7th to 11th September 2013.
The topics of the school will be :
* Anticancer drugs
* Protein structures
* Chelating agents
* Neurological problems
* Metallothioneins
At the moment different teachers have confirmed their availability to present lectures, as Henryk Kozlowski, Giovanni Natile, Merce Capdevila, Peter Faller, Claudio Luchinat, Elzbieta Gumienna-Kontecka …
The fees of the school will be of 400 € for student. We hope to be able to cover the expenses of a number of students with bursaries.
