Dear colleagues,

We are excited to announce the opening of the registration for the next FrenchBIC 2020 ! Our meeting will take place from march 29th to april 1st 2020 near Strasbourg (exact location to be confirmed soon). This 2020 edition will be the opportunity to share our annual meeting with colleagues from Germany.

Moreover, it is our great pleasure to announce that the plenary speakers will be Oliver Einsle (Freiburg), Sonja Herres-Pawlis (Aachen), Jean-Marc Latour (Grenoble) and Clotilde Policar (Paris).

Please pay attention that the early bird registrations close on December 6th 2019.

NB : If you pay with CNRS funding, no taxes are added, and you need to pay via “Bon de commande”.

The registration price covers the conference fees, accommodation and meals (and wine!). 

For the students (PhD/PostDoc): If you register for a double room, you will receive an email asking for the name of the person you wish to share the room with. If no name is given, we will match the students ourselves, by gender.  If you want to register for a single room, you have to register as a “Prof./Researcher”

Finally, oral and poster communications may be submitted on the website http://frenchbic.cnrs.fr/2020-frenchbic-meeting and will be subject to the following deadlines:

Deadline to apply for an oral communication : January 10th, 2020.

Deadline to submit a poster abstract : February 1st, 2020.

NB : FrenchBIC meetings traditionally encourage contributions from young researchers therefore, many time slots are dedicated to PhD students and Postdocs.
